Announcements for May 9, 2008

1. "Reading Takes You Places" - Our annual Read-a-Thon has begun. It began April 14th and it ends May 30th. Please have your children read every night, then record their minutes on their chart. The students have been challenged to read one million minutes by Dr. Dieringer and Mr. Galluzzo. If they accomplish this task, certain randomly chosen students will have the opportunity to dunk them in a dunk tank on May 30th after the parade!

2. The Talent Show - We would like to thank all the volunteers and performers for doing such a wonderful job on the talent show this year. It is amazing how much talent we have here at SEM!
