Farmingdale High School Varsity Spring Teams Achieve Scholar-Athlete Status
For the 27th consecutive season, the Farmingdale High School varsity teams have achieved scholar-athlete status. At the end of each sport season, the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHAA) honors teams that excel in the classroom.
The eight Farmingdale spring teams include 319 students participating in lacrosse, baseball, softball, track, tennis, and badminton.
“Congratulations to our athletes, coaches, teachers, and administration for their hard work and dedication in creating true scholar-athletes at Farmingdale,” said Assistant Superintendent Glen Zakian.”
