    The Infinite Campus Parent Portal gives parents access to important information about their children's education. The Parent Portal allows parents to check on their student's academic progress and verify household information throughout the year. Together, the staff and parents can work to ensure every student's success.

    On October 3rd, The Infinite Campus Parent portal was updated. The new updates provide a more responsive design for mobile devices. It also allows parents to view Backpack (Report Cards) from their phones. If you did not update the app when prompted during the last few months, install the Infinite Campus mobile device app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

    First time users must contact your child's school to obtain an activation key.

    Returning Users to the Parent Portal must have their username and password. 

    If you do not remember your username or password, please email us at parentportal@farmingdaleschools.org with your request using the same email address used to register for the account.
     

    Farmingdale High School and Howitt Middle School students who need assistance logging into their Student Portal should go to their guidance counselor or to the main office.

  • How do I access the paperless report card when I am logged in to the Parent Portal?

    Progress reports (high school and middle school only) and report cards for all our schools are now provided through the Campus Backpack area of the Parent Portal in lieu of paper or postal mail.

  • What is the difference between the Grades tab and Campus Backpack in the Parent Portal?

    The Grades tab displays the current grades of a selected student. The Reports tab provides a view of the report card in a generic format. The Campus Backpack area contains official progress reports and official report cards. The official high school report card includes transcripted GPA (weighted and unweighted) and total credits.

  • How do I update my phone number, email address and/or password?

    First, you must be logged in to your Parent Portal account. To update your household phone number, click on Address Information under More. To update a cell phone number or email, click on the Family Information section under More.  

    Updated phone numbers and emails will be reviewed.  If denied, a message with explanations and instructions will appear in your portal inbox.

    To update your password, click Settings under the person icon in the upper right corner of the window. 

    If you need to make a name change or correction, call the Student Registration Office at 516-434-5112.  Any other questions, please call your child's school.
