Even after spending most of my life either as a student or an educator, I still feel the first-day-of-school jitters. There's an undeniable energy that we all feel on the eve of a new school year. While every year brings its own challenges, I'm confident that our school district can overcome anything. We are one Daler community, one Daler family, and together we have proven time and time again that we can overcome all kinds of challenges and hardships.

I also believe that one of our greatest strengths in Farmingdale is our deep and authentic care for our students and families. Abraham Lincoln once shared a wonderful piece of advice: "Whatever you are, be a good one." I have experienced so many "good ones" firsthand, both as the superintendent and as a father. Tap in and use our good people; they are here to help and guide your family with any questions or thoughts you may have.

We are brimming with excitement to welcome your children back to school tomorrow. Please know that if you need anything, you have a whole team of people here ready to support you and your children.

The 2025-26 school year is here, and we welcome it with open arms.
